I recently stopped working part time to be a full stay at home mom for my 3 kids. I have sold, returned and exchanged all this month to get a nice variety collection. I used to be the type to wear a bag a season or more. The bags would be lived in and get some wear and love. Once I started buying more starting changing more often. Probably once a week but I miss staying and actually using my bag for awhile.

Anyway this week I got two drastically different purses and love both. One is a Duluth trading full grain tote. It’s huge with pockets and thick soft leather. It will patina and wear well. Other I exchanged to get the Coach’s cooper. It’s dressier looking but super light and comfortable and I love the contrast inside. I know this is preference but which would you carry rest of January and they February?

The Cooper! Such a gorgeous bag! (I really really want it in the dusty rose color or the grey suede!!!)
Also previous post brought up a good point.
They are two drastically different bags, the Cooper in black is really professional and dressy and the other is a lot more casual, so my advice is to wear both! Wear the hobo for daytime errands, trucking the kids around etc, and wear the Cooper for date night/ weekends/ events.

I keep all my things in different sized pouches in my bag so it’s easy to move from
One to the other quickly. You can also use a Pochette or a clutch inside your bags to help with organization and also to make it easy to move in and Out of a bag.

The Cooper looks great on you!

I would go for the Cooper because it can be dressed up or down. Your idea of carrying only this bag for several weeks makes me go in that direction. While your lifestyle is more casual, Cooper looks great with jeans. And then on those few times that you want/need to dress up, you don't have to move out of the bag. Just my 2c. Good luck deciding!
