Anyone tried Eye Secrets lifting tape?

Eye Secrets or Eye Magic, or any other similar products. Do they work?

I've been looking at some of the online demonstrations and it certainly seems to work, but is there a catch? It seems miraculous, and I'm experiencing a dose of 'too good to be true' cynicism...
