anyone send thier LV to Barbara at LMB???

I haven't sent any bags but I have bought the conditioner for handles and it worked great. I did it right away when my bags were new.
No water spots!
The CS was excellent. I'd be curious to know about the bag cleaning as well. I think she does other brands, too.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Barbara w/Lovin My Bags. She cleaned and restored a bag for me couple of years ago and did a super great job. The bag had a musty odor in it and I tried everything. Nothing worked in the long-term. Sent to Barbara and they put it some kind of thing that sure did the trick. It stayed odor free up to 2 years and then I sold it.

I just contacted her about cleaning my Oskar Waltz Bag that's on its way to me...I probably won't even carry it until Barbara restores and cleans for me. She will give you an estimate if you send her a picture of the bag and if its not as much as the estimate she will not charge. Very honest person to deal with. HTHs ;)
