Anyone return Pochette Metis for non-glaze/imprint issues?

Anyone return their PM for reasons not due to glaze or imprint quality? If so, why?

The bottom was indented and pinched.

not sure if this does count but Ive sold my Métis after my second cracking issue first issue got the whole flap exchanged and then when it cracked again they gave me a completely new one, so I’ve sold it and don’t regret it!

After seeing all the cracking issues, the pinched part on my metis looked like it would crack. That's why I returned it and got a loop instead.

Yes twice with two separate bags and I still highly recommend this bag!!!
It’s hard to explain but it’s a bag that works well for me and I can’t imagine not loving it.

I returned all my LV because of the weird poopy brown color I've noticed on all of my canvas. Not what I expect from such a 'prestigious' brand.
