Anyone purchased from Milan Balenciaga

I was asked to write money transfer to Balenciaga Milan to purchase my bag. I got an email from [email protected]. Just want to see if anyone ever purchased this way? Is it safe to transfer money to the store? Thanks!

Yes, it is safe. I bought a 07 mastic ggh cp from carmen and everything went well without problems. Their payment method is safe because you don't need to share you credit card information. You just need to send the money from your bank account.

I done so as well. They only accept AMEX which I do not have. She'll confirm receipt of funds as well as your tracking number after the funds are received. For me, it's about 2 biz days.

They use UPS, and they also charge customs too.

I've ordered from them about 6-7 times with Amex, no problems at all.

She will provide you with pictures. You should ask for front and back. My last bag was an ivory twiggy, and it did have some brass rub and some minor dirt on the corners from storage, but I didn't mind.

i find that carmen is not as accommodating towards me when comes to providing pics, she only sent the one front view of the bag to me & when i asked for more pics like the back view & handles, she just mentioned the bag is in good condition. for something that is expensive and i can't send back for returns, i rather not buy from her even though that was my hg... oh well.
