Anyone purchase a bag and not use it to pass on to daughter in future?

i think if you bought it for your daughter you should keep it and give it to her for her 16th b day. I am sure LV will still be popular and she will be old enough to appriciate a gift that has been waiting for her for so long. I don't think its silly and I would probably do the same. Even if she isn't into LV it is still a purse and I am sure she as a teen will carry one.

i've not done it since i'm expecting 1st one lol and i don't even know the gender yet :P i'll say keep it now and anyhow u can always sell it a few years later if u realise she's not into bags :smile:.

I don't think your crazy and it's a really nice idea, but I have a 17 yr old daughter and usually they want to carry whatever looks like the latest "in bag"- she may appreciate the pochette more at 21 than 17.
The one item I've noticed that a lot of my daughter's friends carry is a LV cles..pretty much any style....they use them by itself or in their bags..maybe sell the pochette and find a cles in that style.
