Shoes Anyone own a pair of Rockstud ankle strap heels?

I have worn these around the house and the front strap is cutting into the side of my big toe. Does anyone else have this problem with these shoes?
Should I save almost $700 and get something else?
I love them, but if they hurt already, I doubt it will get better.

Thoughts?

I put a little moleskin in the areas that rub and they are very comfy and easy to walk in. And sexy! I will definitely be keeping these!
