Michael Kors Anyone own a Beverly Satchel?

So I saw a bag at Target and after much research found out it was inspired by MK's Beverly Satchel. I saw them at the outlet for 260 (orig. 400?). Anyone own one? What do you think of it? I would probably get the black with gold hardware (they had black, brown, ivory).

I own this bag in the Python print with gold hardware.

Love this bag. The slide bar adds a touch of elegance. The bag can be dressy or casual. I love all the pockets inside, and the outside pockets (slide, and under the flap) on each side of the bag as well. Decorative and functional. It holds quite a bit, so I use it mostly for travel, especially on the plane. I am able to put a smaller bag inside such as my LV Eva. My netbook easily fits in one of the compartments. I think an Ipad can fit inside the middle zippered pocket.

I think $260 is still a good price. Nordstrom had these bags for over $300 (in the croc embossed leather) during their Anniversary sale last month.

I purchased mine at the outlet. It was on sale for $219, plus I had a 20% off coupon. After tax it came to just over $187. If you're a member of one of the Premium outlets, you can get a VIP pamphlet with coupons from different stores. Check your outlet's website first to see if they offer the VIP coupon pamphlet. It's free if you sign up, or I think it's $5 at the customer service desk.

I have the Beverly in a deep blue and gold hardware. I like all the room and pockets, but what drives me nuts is the gold slide bar on the cinch belt slides down all the time and looks funky. I still love this bag. I got it at Michael Kors when they were having an end of season sale. Retail had been $398 and I paid $278.

I have this Beverly in Black, I got it 2 years ago for $298 puls tax.
I love the gold hardware which popped out from the black leather.
