Anyone open their invitation and not get the code?

I've opened my email and clicked on get invitation and all it does is take me to coach.com. I opened it before and it gave me the code. I'm looking to give this code away (I got 3) but it won't open now. Anyone have this problem?

I clicked yesterday.... and it said it could only be printed once. I think they're really clamping down on giving codes away. You could call and tell them your printer didn't work - and now it won't re-open.

Yeah. I didn't even click on the print feature. Weird.
