It may be like the neverfulls..they are stiff to start with and soon the canvas goes all floppy, looks similar to me xxx

It's the empreinte Lumi....I think it makes a great casual bag...I have four and LVoe the style, sorry they are discontinuing it.....the leather will soften up with use but I think most bags do...I keep mine stuffed when stored to try and keep their shape..

When I bought my secret compact wallet, the SA kept stressing how empreinte leather is soft and "flexible." So the slouch is probably inevitable with time.
