Hi, I am looking for a place where I can meet people that are interested in dogs and do care about them. I am searching for a place where not only I can discuss but also find solutions for my canine problems or related ones. Any advice will be appreciated.

There's the "Animalicious" forum here, and I'm sure there are dozens of dedicated dog sites (eg by breed, etc). If you're talking about non-internet venues, try the local dog park.
