Anyone know where to find the screw-on rivet for the Fulton Bag?

I have Fulton bag to rehab that is missing the screw-on rivet from the front tab. i have looked at MANY hardware and leather supply sites as well as local hardware stores. Can't find one to fit. The shaft it fits on is narrow.

Pictures below. I hope to make mine look like the one at the bottom.

This is a very old style. I doubt you'll be able to find an exact match. You might have to find something close and glue it on.
