Anyone know where to find a strap for Edinburgh McGregor Plaid Handbag?

I guess I was kind of harsh...they aren't TERRIBLE - they could just be a lot better. I know that they probably get swamped but they do need SOME work in the CS dept!

Here is the response I received:

Unfortunately we no longer carry this style. It’s from our Fall 08 collection. Depending on where you purchased it, they should always be sold with a strap. I’m terribly sorry for the inconvenience, however we don’t have any straps that would suite your bag.

its true they wouldn't have a strap that old. Sold all at the SS's. And china would notnkeep stock.

If you bought the bag on e-bay which you said you did. You can't expect the company to give you a replacement that they may not have since this is an older bag. Schifter & Partners may have only one girl to assist and it may not always be to everyone's satisfaction, but i believe they do the best they can with what they have. Ebay is not Lamb and Lamb doesn't promote any involvement in it.
