Anyone know what happened to Coach on Nordy's website?

I can only find Coach's fragrance line on the Nordstrom website. Everything else has gone poof. They aren't listed under handbag brands. Anybody know what gives?

I know Coach, Macy's, and Dillards recently got updated on their Coach line in the last few days.

I did an online chat with a Nordstrom rep and she told me that since Coach doesn't want to participate in free shipping online that they were only going to carry Coach in the stores and no longer offer them for purchase online.

Sorry if this was already posted/observed, but Nordstrom has stopped selling Coach on their site! I wonder why?? I used to find colors that Coach may not have had on their site. Ah well

That totally sucks!!! I wonder if they'll keep selling it in the stores? My local Nordie's usually has a pitiful selection to choose from so I wonder if they're phasing it out.

wah! i just saw a persimmon maggie for 230-something, too, in the sale section, along with some of the grey patent stuff...and it was gone a day or two *sad*

that is strange... I just looked at bags on their site the other day. Did you confirm this with their sales associates? Are they still going to carry COACH bags in store?


ETA: just looked at the other thread titled NORDSTROM - VeronicaSawyer states that a convo with online chat revealed that since COACH does not want to participate in free shipping online they removed them. Kinda seems like a strong handed move to get COACH to agree to allow free shipping on their merchandise.

Coach never lets department stores involve them in free shipping...or coupons...online. I am not surprised. Sad, yes...but not surprised. Nordstrom is doing more for the customer with their free shipping, and I love that.

I noticed that too yesterday. I asked when I was in the store if they were no longer going to carry Coach nd she said they had just gotten more Coach in, so it must just be no longer offered on the website.
I have also been surprised that Macys now has Coach 'sale' bags on line. Interesting.

yes, Nordstrom had a sale on bags online several days ago, good deals. The gathered Lindsey in bordeaux had been marked down 33%. I missed the sale but a co-worker was telling me about it. She bought that bag.

There are no Coach items on the Nordstrom website except fragrance.
What happened? Anyone have the scoop?
