It is very similar to Devi Kroell, but I have never seen that clasp.

My first reaction was "lucite" and "vintage"......the strap has been removed and looks a bit awkward IMO......

My guess would be that the clutch is vintage, but I'm still hunting!

After a random browse I discovered that this is a Coach clutch
