Jubilee dial always have the "rolex rolex" print , that's why they are called "Jubilee", not to be confused with jubilee band. If it doesn't have the print Its not a jubilee dial.

are you talking about the rolex engraved on the inner bezel?

if so, that is only on newer watches, mostly made after 2005.

That dial is diamond markers, blue jubilee

If you saw it with a different dial maybe it is one of these:

Rosegold-dust infused MOP dial
Pink dial

Also another comes to mind- a new dial option, the crystal dial. I couldn't find a pic of the rose gold crystal dal, but it is amazing!
These dials can have full diamond markers too. Basically a similar color to what you posted, but no "jubilee". The info already posted on the name of the watch model shown above is correct and comes with several different dial options- just a guess it just sounds like you need to know what the dial you saw is called. ....???

To clarify and support what others have said here:

The blue dial is actually known as a Jubilee dial. I think this is the source of OP's confusion, since the bracelet is also called Jubilee.

Also, from the photo, the watch is two-tone, and not solid rose gold.
