Anyone know of a free HD ZOOM program/ site I can use to see a label on a celebs bag?

I need to zoom in on a picture. I have finally found a pic where the hangtag is facing the camera, I just need to zoom in. Anyone know of anything high res I could use?

Hi, is the pic online? If you are viewing in a web-browser you could zoom the page directly. (Ctrl + to zoom in and Ctrl 0 to get back to normal)

the text is too small on the hangtag for that to work

Oh it's so small? web-browsers are usually pretty good for enlarging pics, but if the text is small/blurry already a professorial photo program will only get slightly better results. I'm also using the free Google Picasa for enlarging pics (http://picasa.google.com/).

^ I tried, enlarged it like 200%, still nothing. It doesn't help that the photo was web-optimized (meaning very low resolution - it's 72 DPI). The hang-tag almost looks like a Hayden-Harnett - but then I'm thinking that the tag and the curved (rounded) buckle looks like another brand I've seen a lot - I'm sure somebody will recognize it and help ...

who is the celeb?? maybe google pics of her and see if you can get other views of her using the bag
