I've never heard of it before but I just tried the website, it wouldn't load properly. There's nothing about it on ripoffreport.com, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's a good company. I'd google it and scroll through the search results...good luck.

She also sells on ebay, so check out her feedback there. I've looked at several John Hardy pieces, but I never purchased from her.
