Michael Kors Anyone having trouble with the screw loosening on their pom-pom

I have a new pom-pom(yes, FInally got one lol) in Blossom that has a screw loose...

Noticed it before it fell off... and screwed it back, but wth? so sad if i lost it... I guess i should speak with MK?

Thanks good to know, guess i've got a loose screw one I'll have to either get back in or contact the CS ...
