    I tried to iuse one listed but it says it was linked to another PayPal account.

    Unfortunately, I think they can only be used by people that received them as they are linked to Paypal accounts (need to pay with Paypal account that received the coupon)

    I have been on eBay since 1996, have a linked PayPal account, have my settings set up correctly & have never received a discount code. I just did Live hat who told em to send an email to Trust & Safety. Ever see the movie "Brazil"? I get this visual of the Trust & Safety Department in my head. Thanks.
