Anyone form Australia bought from Vestiaire Collective?

I was wondering if anyone here has had anything shipped from Vestiaire to Australia and did you have to pay additional charges like gst or import duties once it arrived? Also I am confused about their returns policy, is it the "expert sellers" that offer returns or have I misunderstood this?

I did try using their chat feature but it was a mess and clearly automated rather than a real person

Normally, VC includes custom fees/duties already when you buy an item. I make sure that what I buy is for keeps since I don’t trust their “returns policy”. I had a problem with an item and it was a debacle trying to get my money back.

Am located in Australia too and would not buy from Vestiaire collective at all,
1. there are so many fakes that go through QC
2. once an order is placed customer cannot cancel the order but can receive the item and relist on vestiaire for sale again
3. their returns policy is crap.

Oh jeez that sounds like a nightmare Any recommendations for preowned in Australia? I only know of luxeitfwd and they don't usually have much stock.

Have you checked Purseaffair, Emier - both have physical stores in melbourne and also online and have wide variety

There is also Designer Wardrobe...Its a NZ site but I believe that aussies can list on the site as well. I have bought a Fendi from the NZ site that came from Aussie. I get mine authenticated privately before I buy but I do think they do offer an Authentication service buts its like NZ$60.
