Anyone ever purchased jewelry/Cartier from Modnique?

I couldn't find any recent threads about Modnique.com and online there are such mixed reviews! I purchased a 2007 WG Cartier love bracelet from them but it looks very different from my sisters (not sure when her's was purchased). The box has white lining (not black like newer ones). I don't have any experience with love bracelets so not sure how markings and packaging has changed over the years. Any advice or comments? I will def fight with them to get my money back if it's a fake since they guaranteed it was authentic....

can you post pictures? Its easier to determine when we can see the item and the packaging
