Anyone else with rubs on the corners of the Empreinte Artsy?

I don't know if this is normal wear or what? Basically i've had my Artsy in Infini for a little over a year and have only worn it aprox 3-4 times and don't remember brushing up against anything since I really baby this bag. Anybody else with this issue and is there anything to do about it? Thanks!

Have the same bag and didn't happen to me, I actually feel that the emp is better than the canvas bags with corners

No, I'm always so careful when I carry my Emp Artsy.. I wont even let my husband walk on the same side as I'm carrying my bag because I'm afraid he will rub up against it. lol

Do you think you might have rubbed it against something? Like a wall?
