Anyone else have their bow fall off their MC bracelet?

And to make matters worse, I can't find the bow! I'm taking it in to LV on the weekend. The SA made it sound like LV will replace it for free. :hrmm:

Anyone else have this happen?

i've never had that happen to me, but that's terrible :sad:

.....they really should replace it for free, it's unacceptable that the bow should just fall off your bracelet out of nowhere :blink:
