Anyone else disappointed with Cristalliste?

I was really excited when Kerastase brought out Cristalliste - it sounded like it was going to be the perfect product for my hair. I ordered the shampoo and conditioner, as well as the liquid lumiere (to which this does NOT apply, as I actually really like the lumiere) as soon as I ran out of bain satin. However, I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for about a month, which equates to about 12-14 washes for me, and I'm still not sold. I feel like my hair is just a tiny bit dry, and I haven't noticed any significant improvement in shine.

This is quite disappointing  I really like the packaging and the idea of the product, but I feel a little bit let down by the results. I'd be curious to hear other people's experiences....perhaps I should keep trying a little longer? My hairdresser even switched to using this product on me during my last visit, so it seems like it SHOULD be a good choice for me!

Thanks in advance!

Isn't this line made for oily hair? Maybe that's why it's drying?

Anyway, if it's not working this far into it, it probably won't get better. Just finish it if you can, then buy something that you do like. Not every product may be a good fit. Sorry to hear it.

I was indifferent to the shampoo, since i only use that at the end of a color cycle, but I like the conditioner a lot, though like all of their conditioners, I feel like I need a lot to coat all of my hair since I have quite a bit.

I haven't tried the shampoo, but use the conditioner (Lait Crystal) and really like it. I've fine, coloured short/medium length hair and only use a small amount as too much and it'll go lank. A little bit conditions my hair nicely, gives it a bit of a shine and a bit of settled bounce (if that makes any sense lol!)

Okay, I now am slightly embarrassed and have a confession to make in order to set the record straight here.

My hairdresser's salon cancelled/forgot to set up/evaporated my recurring appointment. I was therefore merrily going about life believing that my ends had been trimmed recently, when in fact I had completely underestimated this. They called on Friday to let me know that I hadn't had a haircut in over three months - no wonder my ends seemed unusually dry!!! I can't believe I didn't put this together....I was just waiting for my usual phone call to let me know my next appointment was coming up.

So, I had a trim on Saturday, washed my hair with Cristalliste again last night and am SO much happier with it. It still isn't as moisturising as the bain satin, but it certainly doesn't seem disappointing anymore. Still not sure whether I'll be repurchasing, though.

Sorry to trouble everyone!!
