I have never seen this before. I'm sure it's a quick and easy repair. It's important to always check your bags all over the place, seams, zippers, interiors, etc prior to purchasing. I know it's exciting and you expect the bag to be perfect, but mistakes do happen. Take her into H and get the simple repair. If they do have the option of another bag on sight, take it. Good luck.
