Anybody knows about the LARGE 2.55 reissue size?

I am going to order the Large 2.55 reissue that Saks caries right now but I'm not sure how big of LARGE size,227 or 228 ? I never saw the real bag but I owned the 226 dark silver that I think it's a little bit too tight for me. So I would like to ask if any of you have bought the LARGE METALIC NAVY reissue? I saw some list on Ebay said it's 8"x14"... and the pictures gave me the feeling the it's pretty big. I' m not quite sure that will be too big for me or not.

So could you tell me how do you think about this reissue's size.

In reality, I'm a little tight in the Med flap, I also have the 227 in the reissue and that has plenty of room for my stuff.

I have a 228 navy metallic and a 227 red metallic. Because of the new width, I think the 228 feels huge! For once, I prefer the 227!

I agree with Regina07, I saw the 228 navy in real life and thought it was huge even though I'm usually an 'over-sized bag' person! I also picked the 227 for myself...
