I was looking at these clutches on Bluefly - they're made in NYC and look very pretty in the photos. It seems like resin and acrylic and other hard clutches are quite popular now. Does anybody have experience with this brand?

Well, in the interest of providing some information on this designer, and with the goal of obtaining a box clutch for special events, I went ahead and placed an order. There is a video online of her work that shows the technique she uses - very interesting, with blowtorch setting of a resin and removing bubbles. She was nominated for an Independent Handbag Designer Award in 2015.

wow, i'm shocked that I found your post about this brand! I actually saw two bags in person while at a wedding in Dubai...
The bride had a white rose bag and her mother had a larger white marble bag in gold. when I saw the bags, I immediately asked where she got it from and she told me it was a Kamilah Willacy bag. So beautiful and definitely a statement piece. I called the boutique where the bride bought it and they said the bags were sold out so I will have to just buy online.
I'm thinking of getting the same white rose bag for my sister as a wedding gift but not sure if it's too small. I wish there was a white rose design in the larger size.

Yes, from her Instagram feed it looks like her clientele may be mostly overseas, or at least in large part. I ended up ordering one of the stained glass designs from her main website, but there are still several on sale on Bluefly the last I checked. I was nervous about ordering sight unseen, but your positive review is helpful!
