Any transfer worries with Patent ?

My sister is considering getting an Ivory patent Brooke, she wonders if there are ever any transfer problems with patent ? I don't own a patent so I can't advise her. I would think transfers would not be a problem as the patent is "sealed" but I may be wrong. Thoughts and advice ?

I've heard of lighter colored patents taking on transfer from say, jeans or darker colored materials.

oh wow thanks..also I just read the thread on someone's Ivory Patent Brooke yellowing/greening..yikes..I will tell my sister to make another choice then patent.

I have a patent Poppy wristlet that has some blue print on it from somewhere so yes you could get transfer on patent. And it's really really sad.:cry:

I got color transfer on my patent fawn zoe. New very dark denim jeans, I should have washed a few times before use. Most wiped off, but stitching and some light color transfer won't come off.

I had a patent Coach bag that I stored without the dust bag next to a brown leather bag and now there is a permanent stain on the beige patent.
I have tried everything and I cant get the stain off.

Plus ivory patent can turn colors. Mine did.

Patent is the worst for transfer. It's even worse than regular leather and you can never get the stains out.
