But i don't really like the neverfull and gallieria....I know how functional they are! But, i just don't love it.

Bunnyjoy, I would suggest Monty PM or GM (for shoulder bag) or Manhattan PM (hand held). I have NF MM and I love it, but not as an everyday bag. I just got my Manhattan PM recently and it holds a ton, very functional and stylish, too. It not heavy to the point where it makes me comfortable carrying it or anything. I my Manhattan PM. Go for it!!

Any of the Batignolles bags- I love my Horizontal, it holds all you described and more, the buckles on the side mean you can adjust it. Tighten them for security, or loosen if you've got lots of stuff. It is also very light when empty.
