If you can find the discontinued Revlon Matte Strawberry Suede (check Big Lots, drugstore.com, Makeup Alley) that looked very similar (but way too orange!) on me.

Good black gel liner applied heavily, and looks like a bit of a matte, deep grey slightly in the outer v. MAC Scene mixed lightly with a matte black like Carbon, NYX Black, etc. for the shadow, anything from Clinique to Maybelline to Bobbi Brown for the black gel liner (I do find the Clinique Brush-On) to the darkest.

Blush-wise, NARS Lovejoy, perhaps even a warmer pink layered over a peach cream blush for the 'glow' factor on the apples.

Crimson looks a bit more deep, like brick red.
