Hi Everyone,

I am looking to add some more fun pieces into my jewelry collection. I have several pieces from Garrard, some diamond studs from my BF...but that's about it! I'd love to get some pieces in gold that are not crazy expensive but are just more for fun (right now everything I have is white metal).

I love Alexis Bittar and Kara Ross but who else should I check out?

I've had really good luck with the W Hotel Store (whotelstore.com), Barneys, ShopBop (Alkemie, Citrine by the Stones) and I got a PR release recently about a new jewelry designer Winifred Grace. I wrote a review about her new site on my blog and her designs are really cool too.

My favorite necklaces in the entire world are by Nicole Schumann and Jamie Wolf (sold at Barneys).

I also pick up some jewelry from the "case" at Anthropologie. They have GREAT stuff in there and most people are too shy to ask prices. When I worked there, the apparel manager I worked with was totally incompetant at mark-downs and would always forget to update the tags in the case. I've purchased a couple of $500+ pieces for around $19.95.
