aww that's too bad... Carly and I had a rough start as well, as in it took me months and many carlys to get one I kept.Now I absolutely adore her!!! It is more important to have a bag you love and one that does not hurt you.
I agree the new slim with the patent is odd. it slips right off. Anyway, sounds like you have some beautiful new legacy stuff, so congrats and enjoy!!!

Yeah one of the SA's said alot of people were complaining about that with the patent so hopefully they'll get the hint eventually. I do prefer the look of a wider bag with the hardware, but the drop on the slim is just perfect for me without being too heavy. We'll see...
I picked up 3 different shoulder bags in the legacy, still on the lookout for some slim flaps or maybe an Ali (which is probably as heavy as big Carly
LOL) so that is subject to change as well. But I do love that legacy. I'm glad you finally decided on yours. Enjoy all your lovely new bags
