Any McQueen experts out there?

I recently acquired a small McQueen bag at an estate auction. I'd never seen anything like it before and simply fell in love with its construction. I need help IDing it. I believe it's a runway bag from either the 'Sarabande' collection in 2007 or the 'Girl who lived in a Tree' collection from 2008. Any help or references would be very helpful.

I didn't see it in any of the runway photos from 2007 or 2008 on style.com, but maybe someone else will spot it. It's a cute bag, whatever year it's from.
