Hi! I am about to purchase an HG item through Malleries for the first time. I tried sending a message asking regarding shipping details (i.e. how much time, can they ship to the US, how to pay), etc. and got a canned response saying that the seller will be contacting me
It has been a week already and I have not received any response yet. Should I just continue with the payment? I don't want to miss out on this item! But I am also apprehensive that if I cannot communicate with a human being this early, how can I communicate with them once I have already paid?
It also says payment should be either PayPal (if layaway) or wire transfer. I am tight with time as I will have the item shipped to another country to save me the hassles of local customs procedures here in Asia. Does wire transfer also protect me with my purchase?
