I've been a Hermes customer for several decades, but as of the past three years, I don't shop at Hermes much, as my SA left the store. I sense a lot has changed since the last time I bought a bag. Does historical relationship or buying history matter, or am I really starting from scratch? Putting it bluntly, how much is a client expected now to spend before they will order a bag for you? Any advice or help would be welcomed and appreciated.
