Any Cole Haan lovers out there?

I'm new to designer bags in general, but have a few coach and kate spade bags. In search of a new tote for work and came across a beautiful Cole Haan bag on clearance. In general I like a streamlined look with a simple unique feature- not a lot of glitz and bling. This one has me totally gaga (Large Benson tote). Just wondering what the quality is like on their bags and how customer service is if I need to use them?

i love Cole Haan! they make great, comfortable shoes and you can't beat their sale prices for the quality that you get.

recently got my first Cole Haan handbag at DSW (link is not from DSW). It was already on the sale rack for about $100, so imagine my surprise when I rang out at $50! total steal and it's my new daily.
