SF Bay Area
Plenty of sunblock-minimum SPF 30--minimal drinking and a drawer full of anti-aging creams. I have been using moisturizer with anti-aging ingredients since my 20s and I just 35 last week with no wrinkles.

Some of my faves:
RoC anti-wrinkle night treatment w/ Retinol
RoC anti-wrinkle eye cream
Nivea Q10 eye cream
Alba Organics Daily Cream
Kiehls Lycopene Daily Moisturizer
Kiehls Sunblock for eye area (in tube)
Sunblock: Anthelios La Roche Posay SPF 50+ w/ Mexoryl (recently approved by FDA)
Neutrogena sunblock SPF 30 under makeup.

I have oily, sensitive skin and these all work for me. The La Roche Posay sunblock I only use for days when I go for a long bike ride (means lots of sweating). Otherwise, it tends to clog my pores, but it rocks!!!!

It's not what you put on your face so much as what you put into your body. Yes, sunblock is an absolute and I agree with sunglasses but more to protect the health of your eyes (and the sunnies are SO COOL this season!). Eat well, drink lots and lots of water. Get 7-8 hours of rest every night. Does wonders, far more than anything you smear on your face or inject under the skin.
