I wanted to let everyone know what a wonderfully experience I have had recently with Michael Kors customer service. I had a small, lilac, patent saffiano leather, Cynthia. I bought it in March 2016. However, unfortunately towards the end of September I noticed that the hardware on one side of the strap was rusting. So I called customer service and they gave me a new bag that is worth more than the original one I had. I was disappointed that the first one went bad. However, I'm so pleased with the way this problem and the beautiful new bag they gave me. Here it is my new large Sloan in black with silver hardware.

I'm glad they replaced it for you... but it shouldn't have needed replacing after such a short amount of time. The quality has gone really downhill lately, For the price of the bags, i expect more.
