Some of you may remember my thread about my DH surprising me with a Tiffany Rose Gold Key Necklace for Christmas. The thing is, Tiffany sent him an e mail and said that due to high customer demands, my necklace would not arrive before Christmas. They promised him that my necklace would arrive Saturday morning delivery, the day after Christmas. The only thing that DH told me was that I had a surprise, but it was coming a day late, which was just fine with me. So, my necklace arrived Saturday morning and another box arrived today from UPS. We opened it up and there was another Tiffany blue box, tied with a big, white ribbon. Inside was a gift card for $100 and an apology for the late delivery of my Christmas necklace. Now that's customer service and that's what makes Tiffany so special...
