Some of you may remember my thread about my DH surprising me with a Tiffany Rose Gold Key Necklace for Christmas. The thing is, Tiffany sent him an e mail and said that due to high customer demands, my necklace would not arrive before Christmas. They promised him that my necklace would arrive Saturday morning delivery, the day after Christmas. The only thing that DH told me was that I had a surprise, but it was coming a day late, which was just fine with me. So, my necklace arrived Saturday morning and another box arrived today from UPS. We opened it up and there was another Tiffany blue box, tied with a big, white ribbon. Inside was a gift card for $100 and an apology for the late delivery of my Christmas necklace. Now that's customer service and that's what makes Tiffany so special...
 
that's awesome. a hundred bucks from them means loyal patronage from you with more fabulous pieces to come. smart customer service if you ask me. so what do you plan to spend it on?
 
Yeah and the thing is, it really didn't matter that it was here a day late. I would have been just fine with it because it just made my Christmas last a little bit longer :)
 
That is fabulous! I ordered from them the Monday before Christmas with my birthday money and it got here on Christmas Eve. I wondered how they were going to manage all those orders!

To repeat someone else's question...how will you spend it? :graucho:
