After countless time asking SA at LV store, calling CS, finally I got my MPA today. The “weird” part is.. I went to LV in the morning to ask about pre order for Cruise. As always, I ask for MPA and always got the same answer “no stock”. After visited LV, we went to Chanel, we had lunch, play here and there with my kids, had afternoon coffee. On our way to the parking, I told my husband to stop at LV and try my luck. It was 30 minutes before they close. I saw my SA but I have so many disappointment on her, so I was hoping for other SA to come and asking me, which is happening. I just ask him for MPA and he said they have it. I was speechless....
Then he bring it to me, I just try, check the condition and quickly give my card for payment. It was like a dream..!
Long story short, I have learnt my lesson, never rely on your SA. She might think you are not important to her and ignoring you. She might think you are annoying when you ask for bag that you really wanted. If you want to buy something, just visit store and ask for it. There are lots of other SA who is willing to help you. This is how I got all of my holiday collection. I am so happy now..

So happy for you and very lucky too! Which store is this? Are you in a Sydney? Was it the flagship Maison on George street? I might have to pop in then and try more often. Yes your determination and persistence definitely paid off. Never give up and keep trying and eventually you will get what your after. Did they have anymore? Or also in rose Clair? I’ve given up on trying but your post just gave me some hope hahaha Lately I have missed out on all sorts because I didn’t preorder so I thought ‘oh well! My wallet is safe!’
