the bag is adorable, i actually have it in the jumbo in that exact pearl white
the first thing i thought of, though, when reading your thread, was that if you're not a "classic" Chanel girl, and would like something that has a little more edginess, then maybe that's why you're not excited about this bag. There are very fashionable Chanel bags that are less conservative but still not trendy - or the kind to be in this year and out next.
