Another case of poor glazing

I'm so sorry. Is it brand new and it looks like that? I believe that LV can't/won't fix canvas, but if it's new, I bet they'll exchange it. Not sure if it's older than 30 days, as they may just say it's normal wear. Good luck!

It’s two years old but I noticed a minor glazing issue over a year ago. It was hard to see unless in certain sunlight so I didn’t know if I was imaging things but now it’s very noticeable.

That's too bad. I really hope they exchange for you, but I assure you, they won't or can't fix canvas. So I hope it works out. When are you going to try and exchange?

They said this is not quality issue. This kind of peeling happened first on my strap then the bag starts to peel on the edges too. Wow! What an expensive bag to be like this.

I took it in and she said it looked like debris build up so took it in back and “cleaned” it. I humored her and took it home knowing it’d come back after the conditioner dried off. Sure enough, it’s back. Let’s see what they say next time.
