Been on a radar on eBay for a vintage red mini Chanel...

This particular seller has one up for bidding , with a starting price of $1350 (approx) And a BIN price of $1600 approx...
Other sellers are selling $2500+for the same bag

The one thing I am annoyed with is that she always end the auction just about 24 hours before it ends... She Cancelled her auction for a bout 3 times over the last few months... Always within 24 hrs before it ends

WHY!!!? Really don't understand.
It seems like she thinks no one wants to make a bid...

Vent accepted.

I know what you mean. It is SOOOO annoying. if she doesn't want to sell it at that minimum price, she should not list it for that. Maybe the next time she lists it place a bid two days before the end of the auction. Sorry! I know where you are coming from.

Are you sure it is authentic?
ALWAYS authenticate , not sure why sellers price is so low.
Good luck

The reason why she cancels bids and ends her lisitngs early is a clear violation of ebay rules.

Because she doesn't want to pay a reserve fee, she lists the bag without a reserve, which by policy requires that she sell for whatever the final bid amount is.

When she sees that the bidding isn't going as high as she wants to sell for (not taking into account that many bidders watch and bid toward the end of the auction), rather than risk selling for a low price, she ends the listing(s).

Here's the policy and the listings should be reported as circumvention of ebay fees.

Thanks for info.... I knew something was NQR about this.. But didn't realise its against the rules..

If it is the one I think, it looks like she does cancel, but didn't do a relist per se. Wouldn't that mean they are paying listing fees? I do not see cancelled bids, but maybe in ones older than I can see, there are. If you are uncomfortable with a seller prior to bidding, it is probably a good idea to look elsewhere. Hope you find one that is perfect!

If you're thinking of the same seller and same listing(s) as I am, I'm wondering whether the seller's pictures are her own.

OP, is your seller in Taiwan?
