Anniversary Gift - Speedy or Not Speedy?

I think a Speedy is a great bag for starters.

Go for a speedy. The sagging was a big turn off for me, but after I purchased one, the sagging did not bother me. Talk about a 180 degree turn around.

I got my Speedy at the end of July. I was prepared to deal with the sagging because of all of the wonderful ideas from the posters here. I had a dark brown shoe box cover all ready to be cut to fit the bottom of my Speedy. When it arrived, I measured the shoe box cover, cut it to fit and not one person knows about it. My kids and husband have been in and out of it and don't have a clue. I love my Speedy. Can't wait to see your pics.

i guess you followed your instincts and got a speedy!!!!!!!hurray!!!!!!!!! i'm lovin' my damier speedy 30 too! i got a petit noe for my bday from my DH but i exchanged it for the speedy and i still get sooooooooo excited everytime i use it . applause for your dear BF!!!!!!!!!!

i had a chance of buying speedy but i got my papillon instead.. now, after reading TPF i kinda like the speedy.. does all lines make speedy? =)

for me the saggin isnt the problem....so i think speedy.it looks much better than lockit....in my opinion!
