This year I'm celebrating our 7th year anniversary and we had a huge milestone (baby daughter) with a birth this year. I was thinking of the Tiffany Soleste Pendant with the Aquamarine gemstone and diamonds since my wife's birth month is (diamond) and my daughter is aquamarine. I was hoping this would be a piece I could pass down to my daughter when she's older. Are there any other pieces I should consider? Would this be a good gift?? Thank you.

That sounds wonderful! Congratulations on your anniversary and birth of your baby daughter!

I think a necklace or earrings should be good for a new mommy. They generally are a little more fuss free and less likely to get banged around or accidentally hit the baby (compared to things like rings and bracelets).

As long as the necklace isn't too long that the baby may pull on it, it should be fine.
(I think Tiffany pendant necklaces tend to be on the shorter side. Most of their chain lengths are 16 inches so that should be okay. I'm sure you can call the store or check with an SA before purchase.)

That is so thoughtful of you. I think it’s perfect and your wife would love it. The soleste is classic and your daughter will enjoy it when it gets passed down to her.

I can chime in because I just tried on this set ( earrings and necklace)at Tiffany in the aquamarine and tanzanite soleste.
It is stunning in both stones but because I am quite pale the aquamarine washed me out.
Also the chain is extremely delicate and thin, just something to be aware of.
They can lengthen the chain if you wish.
Congratulations on your anniversary and new baby!

It is a very nice gift, but I would consider asking a good friend of hers, or even taking her to look at it,
if only to make sure that a pendant necklace is her top choice. As opposed to a ring, bracelet, etc.
(If she is fond of surprises, then it may be a different matter. I am not, so JMO of course.
