Anni Bands on either side of Ering - HELP me decide!!!

Looking for your wisdom and suggestions! I’ve posted my set on the “What do you wear with your 3-stone ring” thread and looked at options, but I can’t decide what to do.... We have a significant anniversary coming up and my DH has agreed to adding an anniversary band to my set. I’ve never been completely happy with my current band...somehow the channel set has never looked right to me with the prong setting of the three stone ring:




So I’m going to get two new matching bands to put on either side of the e-ring and have them soldered together so I don’t have to worry about them moving around and prong erosion. What do you think would coordinate best?

Chevron with three stones:

Curved band with 5 stones (would get in white gold):



Or a classic straight band with either sapphires or diamonds:

If it were me, I'd get 2 sapphire and diamond (mixed) bands. If they're eternity you won't have to solder them on to your e-ring. That way you can wear the eternity bands alone for 2 looks. A classic look!

Thanks Skyqueen! LOL, that’s exactly what my DH suggested! I just wonder if it would look too matchy-matchy to have them on both sides, and might drive me nuts if they the stones aren’t “lined up”, kwim? Guess I need to try some on!
