Can the 18" x 18" Anna Corinna city tote be worn as a messenger bag? I saw a really tiny girl on the subway wearing it like that and it looked really cute. Do you have to be really skinny and short to be able to do that? Also how long ago did it first come out bc I dont want to buy it if they are going to go on sale soon.
