I am always shocked at how faar people go with specualtion about celebs plastic surgery without any kind of proof;just taking the wild guesses.
And pictures dont prove a thing,since they can be altered or taken from a different angle.

I agree, she looks the same to me, she's just lost some weight from her face from when she was younger making her cheeks and chin more prominent. She has better hair and makeup than before. She's a natural beauty.
