I keep expecting that he will get cancelled. But you're right - it's probably all about the money. Imagine Bravo without him, or with a replacement.
but he is more valuable than Charlie Rose or Matt Lauer? guess it depends on who the employer is and how much evidence there is? how many accusers?

Maybe to Bravo.

I don't really watch Bravo and stopped watching the Housewives franchise some time ago, so I would probably not care much if they replaced him.

From what I read on gossip sites, I conclude that he cultivates a toxic environment and encourages toxic behavior - on shows, on set, behind the scenes. I'm guessing that's what creates the drama and brings the ratings. So if Bravo execs are happy with the result then I can see why they won't let him go.

It's probably a matter of time before they do, though. He can't get away with it forever.

I think that the credibility of the accusers has to be taken into account. In addition to that, I think that Bravo would be foolish to not take into consideration that Bethenny Frankel is trying to extend her 15 minutes by convincing fellow former Bravo stars that they've been wronged in order to raise her profile / power.
He's facing two primary accusers. The first is Leah McSweeney who is coming after Bravo for causing her addiction issues which she faced long before coming on Bravo. The second is Brandi Glanville who lobbed accusations at Andy and Bravo after being sued for harassing a co-star on a girls trip filming. Neither woman has a reputation for integrity.
Some of the things they've accused Andy of are concerning. But other accusations come across as the kinds of things that network executives do to entertain and take care of talent.
I don't think that there's much of a comparison at all between things said about Andy Cohen and the accusations made about Matt Lauer or Charlie Rose.

Some of the Housewives are problematic. And I guess it all comes down to whether you remain in good graces with Andy or not. And if you're bitter about being dropped from the show, or didn't get paid as much as you thought you were worth...

These women go on the Housewives show knowing that there will be alcohol, fights, situations created to cause tension... Reality TV on Bravo can't be expected to be a "normal" or "stable" environment. Not that that makes it ok, but I don't think anyone is being misled when signing on.

Andy Cohen IS Bravo
does he own it? are there shareholders?

found the answer

It is owned by the NBCUniversal Media Group division of Comcast's NBCUniversal. The channel originally focused on programming related to fine arts and film. Since the 2000s, its brand has focused heavily on reality series targeted at 25-to-54-year-old women and the LGBTQIA+ community at large.

If you listen to the radio show, he lets it all out.
He is constantly name dropping, he has to know everybody business.
Much like Mervin, he will retire when he feels like it.
There is no bottom to Bravo.
